RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Riverside County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Chad Bianco received an “A” rating from the California Rifle and Pistol Association (CRPA). The CRPA is the official state association of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and rates every candidate running for state office on their position of the Second Amendment and hunting related issues.
“There are hundreds of thousands of registered gun owners in the state,” said C.D. “Chuck” Michel, CRPA President. “If we all vote for pro-Second Amendment candidates, we could change the face of California. CRPA is not afraid to tell you which candidates make the grade.”
“Under the current Sheriff, we experience tighter regulations and a two-year backlog on concealed carry permits. When I am Sheriff, I will eliminate the unnecessary wait, modernize the application process, and allow ‘personal protection’ as good cause, essentially using a ‘shall issue’ philosophy to serve Riverside County residents,” said Bianco.
The election for Sheriff will take place in conjunction with the June 5, 2018 statewide Primary Election.
